Q: What time does the Huge Day Out start/finish?
A: The Huge day Out opens at 9am. Stalls, street performers and kids entertainment end at 3pm – the Garden Bar and stage/music around the wharf area run until 6pm.

Q: Is there an entry fee?
A: No, entry to the HDO is free. Individual events throughout the Festival month may attract a fee.
Q: Are there EFTPOS/Cash out facilities on site?
A: Yes, all the main banks are represented in Warkworth and they have ATM’s. Many of the stallholders have EFTPOS also.
Q: Is the site wheelchair friendly?
A: Yes,and there is disabled parking available at the entrance to Queen Street from Mill Lane and Elizabeth Street.
Q: Are there toilets on site?
Q: Will there be fun for kids?
A: Of course! This is a family day, with rides and entertainment and kid-friendly food and drink.
Q: Can anyone be a stallholder?
A: Yes. We give preference to local craftspeople, vendors and suppliers, but there are 200+ stall sites available, so if you think you have something the crowds might like, submit an application. Please note that each application is assessed based on the information provided and may or may not be approved. Photos are very helpful for your application’s success.
